The more people use it then more valuable it becomes and the more others (even competitors) can't live without out and zillow did build it self on MLS data (mostly) so it's a shame.

You don't need to pay someone to learn the business - your new friends at the REIA will be happy to help you (mentor you) for free.To answer your question, NO, I do not view the other members of my REIA as competitors (including new investors).

If you subscribe to Airdna, you can look at your nearest competitors and see their gross revenue in the last 12 months and their occupancy.

Or when rental rates drop 20% due to oversupply or a desperate competitor?

Have driven both a good amount and IMO the interior sucks compared it’s ice competitors. 

All your competitor has to do to kick you off the first page of Google, is to report your back-link profile to Google.

Maple and Cherry are where they really soar above competitors.

Lowes is closer to me and will price match and beat competitor price by 10% (same brand and model).

I'm landlord and investor friendly I only charge what I feel I have in the jobs & all customers pays my discount prices I dont mark up on materials like my competitors do.
