Hi @Steven Wiltse we at DS Huber Group not only invest ourselves but also help others with our full service line property management company, and also are always pounding the pavement searching for properties to turn into great investments.

I know/suspect this because I personally witnessed the property marker in the ground, then pulled out of the ground and laying at a later date, then pounded back into the ground another later date, neither by my own hand, with the only person with an interest in doing so being my neighbor.

As much as I love BP, I've spent enough time on here to realize there's a fair bit of chest-pounding and most people are not remotely prepared for such an event.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
