Great if your an international arms smuggler, not so great for a 50-something Jane/John Doe. 

Stability is a plus, but make sure you're comfortable managing any internal family dynamics that could impact your property or complicate rent collection.2.

@Nick Farrow we've had international clients go down this path.Typically two options for financing:1) DSCR at 65% LTV2) Try to find an Australian bank with offices in the US,OR the reverse, a US bank with offices in Australia.
