Once you know what you can buy, it makes it a lot easier to narrow down strategies and start looking at real deals instead of guessing.

I guess luxury properties were making a lot of money for Airbnb haha.. 

Since the time to sell actually decreased (see chart below) and the inventory (months of supply) remained stable, my guess is that all the negative news and global uncertainty pushed some sellers to cut prices.I also looked into distressed single-family home sales, and there’s no sign of trouble.

I guess the first question is where is the road block for you in finding a tenant and what help do you need?

I don't want to regret giving up this unit at this low rate but I guess it's looking like it will never be profitable until it's paid off?

I guess my question is, can this be a good strategy to with making some money to get started and present opportunities to network on my area (Cameron, MO)?
