I was just pointing out its very tough to wholesale and the only reason people try it is because of what is talked about on the internet the false statements that its the easiest way to get fast money and to line the Guru's pockets who charge you to teach their methods.. 

Consistency  will normally give me a better feeling of the brand, even if it's a false sense.

But this idea that building new starting new Class A for $200k a door now is advisable, I think that is false.

Hi All, What @Michael Plaks is really pointing out here is that some cost segregation companies do not ask enough questions before sending out their estimates and give the investor false hope.
