The problem with AI is it promotes laziness and curbs creativity.

However, going by the reviews and my conversation, they seem to promote forming Delaware Statutory Trusts for CA investors.

As you are an agent that works with investors, this is highly likely to be a creative self-promotion post.

In all fairness, I have never participated in their mastermind group, but I have been pitched grossly over priced so called education programs from people that spend more time promoting and exaggerating what they’ve done in the hopes of getting a check from me with 5 zeros.

(For example, DoorDash usually makes restaurants cover the cost of their promotions.)I think a lot of the bad reputation comes from people not really understanding how these kinds of businesses operate.

This situation has just taken a real toll on my mental.
