You need an llc to open a business account right? 

Naturally I didn't think anything of it since it is the nature of the business.

I recently started an online interior design business, and I am curious about what AirBNB hosts struggle the most with when it comes to creating a space and getting those positive reviews and feedback from recent guests.

If it's something you enjoy and want to go all in on, then 100% go for it,it's a great business but a lot of work.  

There is also SBA loan money available for the business start up costs.  

That means build or buy a small business!

I'm currently seeking out portfolio DSCR loans or small business loans through local banks in order to tackle the remaining deferred maintenance and capital improvement projects but was wondering if anyone had other recommendations or ideas. 

It's about three hours away, but they may go out there and JT has a ton of projects in motion (busy graders).
