I think most people will still plan to take their vacation as long as there is no travel ban or they are not with other groups that they are concerned may be infected or carriers.

In a CDC worst case model reported by NYT indicated that up to (1.6m deaths possible in the US from coronavirus and up to 70% of the world population infected.

In some areas there are no reported infected people. 

Korea 1.5 hr away from epicenter where 6,000 people are infected in one city.

A massive majority of infections are where the symptoms are mild.

As they ease restrictions, more people will get infected, and they'll shut us down again.

I pray everyday for all the people faced with being infected by the virus, the ones out of work, and the leaders of this country.

The reason the market came down is to prevent needless infections and deaths. 

But this virus likes everyone and should one of your tenants become infected, you'll be left with a virus infected unit that only an expensive deep clean will make livable again.  

Real estate is considered an essential service like banking and agents as well as appraisers and inspectors are permitted to continue to perform their jobs, of course with extreme care and caution to prevent infections.
