Putting your girlfriend's kid at risk of your schemes is irresponsible and selfish.  

I can't make any of the evening meetings so I'm selfishly asking if anyone would want to get together at lunch time or for breakfast during the week. 

But they have been extremely selfish and one of them knows all the rules and will take advantage of us if he can. is there any legal way to avoid it? 

As an investor here, I selfishly don't want it to be for everyone - the market is competitive already!
