Hi @Michael Greenberg,Coincidentally, I'm in VA working on getting our newest VR furnished & up and running, and we've decided to market the house similarly.It is a 4 BR/2 BA home with a split level floor plan.

Alot of my clients and partners (myself included) are divesting of multiples and leveraging in HOT areas, 2 familys at the minimum and ideally larger unitsI often host investors on day trips to Detroit and give then tours and insight into what projects we are doing and whats available in the area.Also working on VR tours of specific properties.

It is certainly possible to own and manage a VR from out of state.....my husband and I have three out of state VRs (and one that is in-state but located 1.5 hours from where we live.)As mentioned, the very first step is to educate yourself on the state/city local regulations in regards to short term rentals and be sure they are not restricted by your building's HOA.Then you have three options:1.
