Your argument of no jobs and low pay doesn't seem to be founded in anything other than your perception from an occasional visit and maybe what your friends/family are telling you...please let me know if I'm mistaken.I'm curious what is so compelling about Columbus or Indy that makes you think that these cities are poised to appreciate significantly faster than Louisville and would make for better buy and hold purchases?

On average, and this is just my perception as a Spanish national having worked all over Europe, Spaniards' command of English is poor.It is true younger generations are much more capable, but we are still well behind when compared to the Nordics, Netherlands, etc.

Just comes down to having the right data and the right inputs.There is little doubt in my mind a sophisticated model like a neural network with the right inputs would crush Zillow's price estimate.

As of a few years ago it was making sense for sophisticated investors to buy class b not class c mfh apartments because the price per Sf was not much different and you get a much better asset.
