Cats require a high protein diet; their urine can have a significant odor and it is worse with an unneutered male cat that sprays to mark territory.

Myself having worked in that industry behind the scenes ( lender to the students) I find most get very enthused and whopped up at the meetings and just like anything else  majority fad away but 10 to 20% of them who pay and jump into it will do something that is considered a success in what is for most everyone a new occupation.

I haven't been doing this for too long, but I have seen fads and trends come and go during my 8 years of investing.Trends and fads can get you a quick deal but there is no substitute for consistency through time-tested processes and systems.

Don't invest in a "fad" market where one industry is driving growth and may only do so for a short-time (ie what happened in the Bakken with the oil industry).Third, find an AMAZING TEAM.

The big question is whether this is a fad or a bona fide market shift.

Not only following fads whether it's getting a Dalmatian or Husky because of a movie or TV show, and it just sounded cool, but perpetuating the fashionable fear thing to be afraid of.
