For me at this point  I grew up in a real estate family and my wife has been a high producing broker for 30 years now.And our kids are in the business well a few of them anyway.. our middle daughter is a very high producing agent in Vegas selling multi million dollar props and enjoying the commissions that come with them. so nothing to really hide other than we dont talk about bank balances..

What window wrapping really tends to do is hide away your problems as they get worse and worse.

there’s a funny debate on this. we put it on one of our rentals in SoCal and it’s netter us in a positive way and made us more attractive to prospective tenants.that being said, IF it were truly lucrative I think we’d see more corporate apartments like Greystar and Redwood installing solar panels.If you do install, make sure you figure out what tax credits you qualify for etc and make sure your output is covered by the panels for day AND night. theres no sun at night.. so make sure when they design they dont hide that. the salespeople are shady with that aspect and it’s annoying.

They have set up the law so people can’t hide it through trusts.

At home, they've been hiding from me and playing Ouija in some of the more out-of-the-way bathrooms and closets of my 8500 ft2 McMansion. 

They hide behind policies.

It got me thinking what kind of troubles that they have/hide from us that we still don't know at this point?

It is also the "new investor standard" instead of taking my advice and understanding I am working for them they assume they are fighting with me on the house because "I am hiding something" from them.
