Cities will always be popular because at our core we thrive by interacting with other people however technology will enable people to work in city jobs whilst in non city areas.

While a college degree should always open some doors for you.2)  Aside from a degree, college enables you to fine-tune your communication skills (writing, grammar, etc.) - which will be important for the rest of your life regardless of your career.  

My goals for that is to grow it into a huge networking opportunity where anyone with any level of experience can come, meet like minded people, and extract a huge amount of value.

Otherwise I am going to sell my current home which will enable me to get a house.
