As you walk in thru the front door there is a wall that separates the kitchen and living room- it has those cut outs in it for an old style TV- I'd like to put a gas fireplace there.

If they push the issue I'll say something like, "You ever see those TV shows?

Never trust anything produced for TV but that's a different story.

We took photos, made videos, and were told that they generally do not pay for electronics like TV's, electronic ice makers, and Air Conditioners since it is hard to prove who did the damage or when it was done.

This will enable the property manager to grant access for deliveries and tradespeople.Smart TV - The access point for all information will be the smart TV.
