I have had an inspector with an engineering degree from Texas A&M recommend that I seal soft brick imported from Mexico on one of my houses.  

They kids have drawn on the new white soft close cabinets with green marker and I counted at lease 8 other places they have been drawling on the walls. the floors have food and crumbs all over the place. empty mountain dew bottles and wrappers are all over the house.

Everything from soft offers to complete violations of the "No advertising or public solicitation" requirement the SEC puts on 506(b) syndications.

I first would start soft, with having a conversation with him.  50% chance he will allow for a resolution. 

People need somewhere to put their make-up, brushes, razors, etc. 

"Soft" costs like appraisals and legal fees don't have to come from your pocket.You don't have to do everything yourself.

You saved my A$$ mate by telling me "get out" and we where printing money at the time...Had no clue how bad it was until your call.Believe it or not, the Fed's contacted me not too long ago regarding the fiasco.Great to see those guys still going after it 6-7+ years later Well I take care of my favorites  :)  I was very active in Indy at the time and saw the cluster going on there and you just dont want to get painted with his brush..
