Nate Hammond Speedway area is a decent area in my opinion BUT it has drawbacks if you don't like traffic/crowds (Indy 500 and races in general at IMS) But also has its own police force which is good and has basically everything in the town.

I know many property managers here from my job as a police officer and all of them work for the property owner (as opposed to a broker) and there is no way some of them even posses a high school diploma, let alone a license.

I got a HELOC from PENFED (need to be or have a family member that is military or federal police type like customs or border patrol). 70 or 75% loan to value, and the rate is 1% above prime I believe ( my rate is 6% right now).
