This alone takes care of all kinds of excuses, sob stories, tall tales & BS.

It's now because I am no longer employed, that I can no longer use lack of time as an excuse for not pursuing my dream of buying and holding real estate.

That said, IMO there is zero excuse for doing poor quality work whether you're laying Italian marble or cheap vinyl.It's really not hard to make low-end materials look nice and fresh for long enough to satisfy a new tenant.

There are always a ton of excuses we can all use.

Bide your time and do not renew the lease...due to wanting to upgrade the unit or some other excuse.

don is just making excuses ...hes never done it and cant even speak of it -- a birds eye viewput simply - you have to do it -- all the other jibber-jabber on here just reads as complaining and excuses -  it is real estate to a degree.  

If they see you as the owner, you'll hear every excuse and lame story you'll ever want to hear.  

Odds are Section 8 will still pay in a recession, not an excuse to buy in a shotty deals, but still a good hedge in good markets.

I looked it up and that's so close by I'd have no excuse not to go.

Sure if the kids make no excuses and really put in the effort then you want to help start them on their way.
