The booked yesterday and arrive on Monday.

You could stuff that into a grocery bag and walk around with it.

This is pretty  much 101 level stuff. 

Overall I know pretty much everything when it comes to this stuff.

my mistake -So Excluding the 3 Percent..so far I have put about $2,500.00 in repairs for plumbing related stuff (Plan on doing boiler updates very soon).
