I’ve found the best solutions to most of these “guests can’t figure out …” issues is to automate or eliminate them.

It won't allow carry out showings and inspections for you but it will enable you to automate or streamline a lot of the day-to-day tasks (rent collection, tenant screening, accounting, etc), giving you more time for other things.

Free is great if you are just starting and can deal with all FUS personally but if you want full integration and automation the paid is what you want.
