In the immediate future, what I'm looking for is a reliable, trustworthy and skilled contractor who is used to working with investors, that if a solid lead comes in, I can reach out to as my boots on the ground to view the property, send me pics and an estimate for both rental and flip rehabs, and of course they would get the contract for the work if the deal closes.

Is not a cookie cutter, you will have good reliable tenants, and sometimes you just don't.

I wanted to know if anyone could recommend a reputable contractor in or close to the Meridian, MS area.

Currently I received a quote from my property management company, from a plumber, for digging up the existing sewer line and rerouting it around the tree roots but was hoping there might be some other recommendations for a reliable plumber to get competitive quote or other options.

Good and reliable is a hard combination to find.
