I have a few MF properties (range from $150-$400 per property) that I would like to re-finance along with a new property Im hoping to get financing on ( in the $2mm range).Any help and direction would be great.

Can you lend in Northern Nevada backed by Fannie Mae WITHOUT overlays under the new 2017 student loan rules and projected income via the 75% rules WITHOUT any landlord experience i.e. NO Schedule Es, leases, etc?

He is preparing a bid/proposal that I presume will show itemized costs for materials and labor.

If not, take a ride over to the agent's office and speak to him/her directly.
