Question for all successful wholesalers on BP...in 2017, What things do you do on a daily basis to succeed in Wholesaling?

I just don't know what it cost to do that.....so, educational to be looking daily at what's moving.

I also don't want to miss an opportunity, so if a great one came along (and I'm doing my daily analysis already), I wouldn't hesitate to jump at the chance to jump in. 

You have a great idea to save on travel and daily expenses is a great idea and I could do more of it.  

Most importantly, thank you all for contributing daily and helping folks like me get their feet wet in such markets!

I truly enjoy reading them all on a daily basis. 

I did water it 2-3 times daily though.

Last time I turned this unit over (Oct 2016) I had 6 appointments within 24-48 hours and was flooded with daily email inquiries.Anyway, I'm not specifically asking folks to tell me if the rent is too high, just if you've seen this situation with a huge number of views without the associated traffic?

The guy plays Grateful Dead at 6AM daily apparently...I’m thinking of offering him cash for keys, pro-rating rent for whatever time he needs to remain in the unit, suggesting he take all of his stuff straight to a laundromat, and reminding him that he’s not even on the lease and that an eviction would make it difficult to find his next place.I’m not sure how to handle a tenant who’s subletting either.

Newbies might learn more things on a daily basis but for those pros here I'm sure if you learn something at this point in your careers.....
