How do addresses work with a DADU?

@Ryan Cleary I agree completely with @John UnderwoodHis exact phrasing could actually be used to address a multitude of tenant issues. 

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

I have a different address associated with the owner that I can send a letter too which is what I will probably do now.I wanted to know if anyone has had any luck or has other suggestions on how to get in touch with an owner of a vacant home.

Include terms that address how you want to benefit from the property problems, including title.

My business partner and I are having trouble finding the owner's mailing address for his vacant home in San Bernardino County.
