BP podcast of coarse, Steph Davis- if you want to wholesale I have spoken to her and her heart is definetly in the right place The Clever Investors- they have good fix and flip rehab contentJosh Cantwell- seems to want to be like the bigger programs but provides good info mostly lease option with Ballons Dawn Rickabaugh- has some of the most up front, easy to understand content for Seller Financing and Note InvestingRon Legrand- many may disagree but the niche he teachs is one of 2 that many of the more successful investors in my area do and that is mortgage assisgnments(getting a deal negotiating to by on terms but assign the terms for a fee) There are many more both good and bad but my point is to avoid listening to anyone who spoke of real estate as a get rich quick scheme.

They didn't want to bother me, so they never said anything.Anyway, a couple of months ago 1 of the guys collapsed with a heart defect and supposedly during some examinations they said he had a little mold in his lungs.

The majority for homes for sale are either; modest/nice homes with homeowners asking too much because they paid too much in 2003-2008 or really dilapidated houses with owners/landlords who don't have their heart in it.
