What I mean by that is that short-term rentals had the so-called "Airbnb Bust" a few years ago, largely fueled by a spike in supply with everyone working from home and buying properties out of state.

Quote from @Jake Yuskaitis: hard money cannot lend on primaries. it is illegal. i do have a credit repair contact i can put you in touch with its NOT illegal  there are lenders (HML) in CA that do it routinely.. what you have to do is be properly licensed and you have to run their ability to repay .. 99% of HML its too much work for such a little market share..
