I do still think that Texas and Florida for example have room to grow because of the strong population and jog growth. would it become another LA.

I live in Southern California and am investing currently in Indianapolis with growing interest in Kenosha, WI (Family ties).I'm currently in the renovation phase of my first BRRR duplex in Indianapolis, IN and a few weeks from the purchase of a 4plex BRRR in the same area.Looking forward to learning from the community as well as the obvious networking opportunities.

Also note that Groundfloor is growing slowly due to the slow pace or repayments and I expect it to close in on 9 to 10% annualized yield/IRR.Below the IRRs over time:You can see the the Fundrise started in the red due to a drop of the NAV early on.

The only way to pull the cash out of the 401k is to take a distribution, which of course would be taxable event, plus penalties if the distributions is taken prior to normal retirement age
