Why would anyone want a dangerous breed of dog?

If someone comes home with traumatic distress, could that individual be dangerous and what could be my possible liabilities....

I believe the unknown if terrifying dangerous or benign.

I have invested exclusively in Riverside and the beaches for the past 7 years.The neighborhoods close to the Saint Johns Town center also speak for themselves,but I haven't bought there so far.In any other parts of town,you're flirting with unpredictable vacancy rates.I live in Saint Johns County and will not advise you invest in "buy and hold" there unless you have deep pockets.You will be competing against owner occupiers and that usually means fewer steals.

Neither city has "dangerous" areas....just different levels of desirability.

Seriously, this $h*t is dangerous, so if you cannot read wiring, etc, it is a really really good idea to talk to a good reputable contractor in the business, and maybe even hire them.  

In this scenario there are only 2 transactions and therefore many fewer expenses that would go along with the closings (at least based on my calculations).
