Translating to REI, my goal would be to make an offer to get their attention, then focus on their "needs" for adjustments in strategy.

Thanks for your input @Becky Lu and @Brady Hanna, I have actually turned my attention to some other projects and have not bought anything in KC. 

If I paid attention to statistics I wouldn't have reached many goals throughout my life.

There has been a lot of attention to the city and all of Ohio recently that my gut tells me that the market is going to see a growth in the next 5 to 10 years, maybe even sooner!

Attention to detail is very important in REI.  

You can put your home on Zillow and generate attention, but not necessarily the kind you want: listing agents, low ballers, buyer's agents who secretly just want your listing.  

You also have to pay closer attention to interest rates.

A small group of us have purchased some condo units in NJ in last year ranging from 10-15k each.Now I want to bring our attention down here in TX where I feel appreciation value is higher, lower taxes and better schools in general.Do anyone have listings, or selling or anything to help finding certain profitable properties?

WV has several areas that are promising for investment - but pay attention to demographics and population/migration patterns for an area.
