Orange County has perfect year round weather, which draws business and leisure travelers all year long, which generates huge business for vacation rentals, etc.

My wife and I left Utah four years ago, traveled the world for a year, and have been in Austin for just over three years.

It is not that most are thought of as competitors, but they are like the hobos of old, they share with fellow travelers where food may be found.Sharing is one of most powerful sources of personal satisfaction.

The inspections do not cost enough money to allow for those companies to be traveling all over the US.  

Now I know it's the holidays and everyone is very busy with family and making plans to travel or have visitors, but who doesn't love talking about real estate and growing a portfolio??  

Even after all of that traveling though, I do plan to move back to my beautiful home state of Michigan!
