I'm currently searching for some ways to keep my mind sharper, I've found that some bulletproof coffee in the morning helps me get moving and I can accomplish more work in the morning, which leaves my afternoon more free to read through business journals, articles, etc.... which allow me to formulate what my next move should be.

Two things that I find generally to be true: one, the whole rental concept works better at a price point around the median.

I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying a rental until after a year or two of proving the concept with the team.

I live in Oregon, housing market is pretty inflated over here, and the area is growing seemingly pretty quickly as I'm located near Portland.My knowledge on real estate is very limited, I'm just starting to learn about the concept of rental property investing.

I reserve my vitriol for the overall model, or concept, itself.
