They came in and determined that the piers had to be raised and when they began raising, a crack in the concrete in the middle of the house gave in and the foundation company said that they cannot raise the piers anymore.Upon further investigation, we came to know that the previous contractor never mentioned that the concrete slab didnt have a post tension cable or rebar.

@Mitch Messer thank you, and yes I know I need to be at least 18, sorry i didn't mention this earlier, however like you said i am starting to research this now in order to get ahead and develop a good plan for my future.My parents are aware that i have the intention of property investment as soon as i turn 18 to provide a supplementary income originally whilst i'm a student, with hopes to expand and grow as soon as possible
