But we haven't had any issues other than that.I think operational efficiency has to be kept in mind- even with a varied budget or a small budget.

That's relative and your budget might be reasonable or ridiculous.Much of the cost for these basement conversions will go in to sewer- if your sewer line is already below grade, it'll save you quite a bit.

Hint: the ones that run ads on TV and have fancy wrapped trucks and show up with logo'ed shirts are WAY more expensive than the ones that have been doing it for 20 years, but show up in a questionable looking pickup truck!
