i donated a bunch of stuff that i didn't want thrown away.i also got an estimate from my PM for a repair a few months ago that i thought was high, so i told them to hold off and i got a few other estimates including one i was happier with. 

Suffice to say my relative is not guy and he's basically going to donate all of is a state but for sentimental reasons he'd be happy for me to take over his properties as long as he feels like he's getting a little something out of it.

I have donated homes to habitat over the years dont get me wrong but I dont think it solves these social issues folks dream of or think of .. 

Then if that didn’t work out I could just sell/donate everything in my primary and move straight in.
