In other platforms (mostly social media) I see young people who have little hope, but they do little about it.  

Keep in mind the airbnb price will be looked at in comparison to other platforms.

Has anyone heard of this new platform called Brick? 

Before I start spending time getting to know each application I was curious if there were any other owner/managers that had experience with an online platform they liked?

The 2.2 billion dollar behemoth that has been giving so many Airbnb horror stories is gone.I said this a few times about how Airbnb is after people who are using off-platform and multi platform strategy.

My other issue is when I compare revnue projections on other platforms - pricelabs, etc they are vastly different which is also giving me pause.

It seems straight forward, but I thought that I would ask here, since there are so many people here who have done a lot of off-platform renting. 

If you consider going off-platform, you lose that protection, so only do it if you’re comfortable managing it privately.
