Anybody done any engineering on a planned community/subdivision.And as part of that ask, has anybody looked into one of these Crystal Lagoons?

@Crystal Smith I am going to FSBO it to retain more of the profits to pay off my students loans and then use the rest of the funds to purchase another duplex down the road. 

But the Crystal one has been finicky lately..
