but big things (bedsheets weren't changed because they "looked" clean but had significant fragrance, etc. and were clearly used once you pulled down the sheets to take a closer look, etc.).The ONE thing I expect a PM to get right- is the cleaning.

For hand soap, I use a higher end product out of France I buy in bulk that's gentle on the hands and has some fragrance (lemon, rosemary, etc.).

So I had time to think, and decided one of the things in the my acceptance/counter was that they would have clean up the residues, fumes, chemicals, and odors of the fragrance and toxic chemicals in the house, and come down to 170 or a bit less, maybe pay closing costs, all or half.
