Buildium seems to be the go to for all of our top property managers we partner with.

Having an in house maintenance division adds much value to the property management company and the investors under management.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

I don't manage my own properties any more, but when I did I used Buildium.

PM could claim that their fee was for collecting and managing rent only.
