Yes make your offer by using a binding contract.

You will also need contracts so you are compliant and protect yourself.

I suggest you take the time to learn some basics about contracts.

The templated contracts will vary by jurisdiction - but you'll also probably want to spend the time to have an attorney or experienced professional look over your template to ensure you are protected in the way you want.

What if the contract gets cancelled and the “client” gets a check?
