I have the opportunity to buy 4-5 Section 8 duplexes in Louisiana

Can anyone share any success or disaster stories in this area?  I have several rental properties now but no section 8 so I am worried about the unknown

@Jason May A piece of real estate isn't Section 8. Section 8 is a voucher program that pays a portion of the tenants rent. They are responsible for whatever Section 8 doesn't pay. The rent is deposited into your account monthly, and you are responsible for collecting the tenants portion. There is a little paperwork involved and you have to keep the properties to a certain standard so that they pass a yearly inspection. Nothing too crazy.
