Why would a landlord get thanked for service to the country? Do you hate military people because they make you feel weak or something? I really don't understand what you're getting at with these digs at military personnel. Of course everyone has to pay for the services they receive. No one disagrees with that. But then you tack on absolutely idiotic statements like why don't people thank landlords for their service. SMH.

Why on earth would a job title make anyone else feel weak ?? No reason for you to have attitude.
I do not "hate" anyone based on their chosen career however I also never provide preferential treatment based on career choice. Some landlords on here seem to believe they deserve special treatment for no special reason. My point is that if you are operating a business there is no logical reason to make business decisions based on any indivulaes career choice. Landlords also provide a vital service.

The scary thing is the fact that they even felt the need to make a whole bill behind this situation. Think about it has this ever happened before. Its something they are not telling us.

The insurance company GEICO (Government Employees Insurance Co.) was originally founded to offer insurance to federal government employees, based on the idea that they as a whole are a more financially stable segment of the population and would be less risky than the general public. Even today, a landlord might think that a federal government employee has a stable job and would make a good tenant. But I guess one must keep in mind that they don't always have a guaranteed paycheck. Not that I think one should make a tenant decision based on their job alone.

I still think this. They will get their back pay, and almost never get fired.
