I know that this is short notice, but is there interest in getting together on April 19. We were going to meet in Agoura, but it may have to wait until May. We are looking for a venue for an April event if there is enough interest.
I'm in.
For those arriving early, there is a decent food court and the Apple Pan is across the street along with other dining on Pico including an Islands which was our post-meeting meeting after the last meeting. (Did anyone understand that?)
From I-10 West, take Overland North; From I-10 East, take National (and be prepared to get lost.)

Let's start off the New Year with a meetup in Los Angeles on the west side. This is a great opportunity to meet with others LA investors, investing in or out of LA. We will have a short presentation on Non performing notes, but there will be no sale pitch.
