This event gives real estate professionals an opportunity for an on-site visit to a Multi-Family property and learn, share ideas around multi-family investing:

*Buy, Rehab, Rent, Repeat – see it in action

*Discuss Local Market Trends and Insights in Multi-Family properties

*And discuss other questions that are not listed above.

What to expect?

• Network with fellow Investors and Real Estate professionals in the Atlanta area
• See units in different stages – Fully complete | Rehab Units | Gutted Units
• Walk around and ask questions about anything Multi-Family properties
• It’s simply an open house aimed at learning about MF investing
• Have Donuts and Coffee
