Hi,

Have my first few properties under contract in Little Rock and hoping someone can recommend a good insurance provider for flips and rentals?

I have fortunately had very little interaction with insurance companies and claims so don't know the details of when they quit writing, although I have heard that making a claim is a strike against you regardless of whether they find coverage or make a payment.  I've been very happy with NREIG, which seems to play by different rules, so you might give them a shot.  If that doesn't work and you partner with others on projects, it would be worth exploring whether a different entity could get insurance.  Best of luck!

Yes, BUT they are a pain to work with for commercial insurance @Jeff Campbell. don't bother...

If you need commercial insurance let me know and I will connect you with my Insurance Broker.

@Jeff Campbell then the thing with insurance, is that wants you to make a claim and if it's decline you are on the "watch list".

You need to talk to an insurance broker, don't work direct... they know who would do what.

it may cost you more... bt hey, if the deal is good it "should be alright!"
