Tree Guy for South Side of Chicago

Hi,

I have a branch that is mostly sheared off the tree in my neighbor's yard. The tree itself is alive and well-ish, but this branch is hanging over my power lines. Since it's on private property the city won't do anything, and my neighbor and I would like to find someone who can at least remove the branch, if not the whole tree. The tree itself is leaning over my neighbor's house. Any recommendations?

I had a guy cut a tree down for me. I can give you his number and he can give you a quote.

@Jay Garrison - I've got a few referrals I could give you, but where exactly on the Southside are you?  That might make a difference in who I would refer.

Thanks Jonathan, I am on the 5400 block of South Aberdeen, just east of Sherman Park. This neighborhood is called New City, near Englewood.

Just sent you a message with county tree service contact- I live on 49th pl and Racine.  They were by far the cheapest quote I got and did a solid job
