Looks very similar to countless homes I have walked in and out of. I will have to dig up old photos if I still have them but one of the worst was a dump in San Antonio where I finally got the tenants out and then went to rehab it myself only to find myself running out of the house to yack in the front yard from the smell of many pounds of dog feces inside the house. Yes, in the kitchen pantry, kitchen floors, dining, etc. This was in addition to to junk left all over the house. A home I would like to soon forget and thought I had until you reminded me, thanks a lot Chris! Lol.
Oh my! It always amazes me that people can live in this type of condition and let it get this far. I guess for every person like that, theres an investor willing to take it on and make $ off it! Ha!
@Account ClosedI bought this house at the courthouse in a foreclosure auction in New Braunfels
. The owners were living in it like this with garbage bags duct taped to the shower wall. The toilet was ready to fall thru the floor. One of my best investments ever!
