@Dave Meyer created a House Hack vs. Buy vs. Renting calculator! It's on our resources page here, if you scroll down a bit: https://www.biggerpockets.com/resources

Hi Daniel, Send you a connect and following request. Would you pl. be able to share it with me pl.
Thanks
Peter
I usually just use the BP calculators and run the property through 2 scenarios, 1 while living in the property and 1 for the move out. The house hack vs buying calculator is also super helpful too!

The only thing I would add, is the house hack strategy's underlying timelines is long term.
Do play out the next 5 years with cost, rent, and appreciation increase.
Don't forget the tax advantages as the cherry on top.

Hi Justin -
I am working on a new tool to make real estate investment analysis a data-driven process. Our solution combines real estate data with the power of AI to help users analyze their deals faster and with more confidence to make better decisions and buy better deals.
We're in the early stages and would love to hear from you. Your feedback and experiences could greatly help us fine-tune our approach or develop other features that you would find valuable.

Hey @Justin Brown I have a great househacking spreadhseet that captures the ROI and cashflow both for the short term and each year after until the loan is paid off. I think it will help you make good and long term decisions. It's been super helpful for myself and my clients in Colorado Springs.
DM me and I can share it with you.
