HOW TO TARGET PRE FORECLOSURE ON LISTSOURCE
Hello, I am trying to target motivated sellers by purchasing a pre foreclosure list from listsource. Can someone take me step by step of the criteria that works for them. I live in New York and am looking to mail to pre foreclosures but there are specific changes I can make to my list that I dont know if it would help or hurt me. Thank you so much!
@Jordan Santiago, I'm not sure about list source, but an alternate way to do this is to go to your county clerk's office and get a list of "notices of default". This is public information. You should be able to get a list of addresses for free. Just keep going back there each month and there's your mailing list.
