Books or information on wholesaling

I'm a person that interested in learning as much as I can about wholesaling

Does anybody know of any books or guides thast could teach me the basic

I need to know about wholesaling such as how to find buyers, motivated sellers,

how to come up with an estimate for repairs and etc?

Well, this BP site has quite the catalogue of information about wholesaling. But if you're looking for more, there are a handful of ebooks and tangible books about it. And even a ton of YouTube videos.

I personally first read about wholesaling via Preston Ely's wholesaling ebook "Flip Your Way to Financial Freedom". It's a good ebook.

the best way is to look for Mike Cantu discussion about strategies to wholesale interview on youtube. He explained very clearly the process and methodological!

If you are serious I recommend Chris Chico's Virtual Wholesaling Course. I've spent tons of $$$ on courses and his the most complete wholesale course I have seen thus far. You Tube, This Site, and Google are great free place's to learn but trust me having a "good" mentor is the fast track to success.
