@Sean Dolan I'm a tech guy. I currently work for one of the best startups in Silicon Valley and it's consuming all my time.  I dabble in RE but not something I have time to do full time. 

@Sean Dolan as you may (or may not) know SEO takes a constant investment. At one point I was on the first page of google at #3 for "off market properties" and related terms. I have not invested in this in over a year so it has fallen to page 3. I would be happy to provide the new owner the contact info of my SEO guy to get them back to the first page.

Hey @Bobby Leach I have been trying to reach you since you said you finished the job and took my final payment. I took your word that the job was complete but my management company did a thorough walkthrough and the job is nowhere near complete. Your contractors did not clean up. They put all the trash in the back yard instead of disposing it properly. They got paint all over the wood trim. They did not install any carbon or smoke detectors. 

The contract between you and I clearly states all of this would get done and the unit would be "sales ready".  Please call me ASAP so we can get this resolved.

I have a property in Rockford that the old tenant has left and I need to have it professionally cleaned and painted before putting it back on the market. 

Can anyone recommend a good Handyman or contractor that can do this for a good price?

Hey BP - 

My partner and I got totally scammed by this guy doing business in Rockford and now we need to action to quiet title on about 10 properties. Is there someone that can help us out here? the work is very repetitive for each property as the buyer/seller is the same.Hoping we can get some kind of bulk discount.
